The concern about works with only 1-2 pages of sexting shouldn't limit the tag. Look at the 'passed out' tag that was recently approved—it literally defines a state that often takes up just a single panel at the very end of a story. Tags are search tools. Whether the sexting lasts for two pages or ten, if the visual element (the phone screen with hot media) is there, it deserves the tag.

this is the doujinshi in the example #371882 | Tonari no Ayane-san Itazura Jidori to O… | 125,532 , and it is a few pages of sexting I guess. There's also a phone call which I wonder if we should include in "sexting". Maybe we can make a "remote sex" tag, which honestly sounds wrong, but it's just an idea. It just feels like "sexting" would be really niche and maybe non-existent if we exclude works with 1-2 pages of sexting

not a bad idea upvoted
