note fun fact: just cause you fertilized an egg doesnt mean you have a baby, the egg needs to get implanted into the uterine wall in order for it to develop and grow.

Wait, if the women showed with a child or pregnant at the end (even though no scene of fertilization), that should be counted as Impregnation too

Have to agree with @Big Dick Descartes here

The fertilisation/impregnation thing is just splitting hairs. My suggestion: "When sexual intercourse results in pregnancy, as nature intended." Personally I'd also divorce the tag entirely from anything where eggs are implanted (Alien-style).

I would suggest adding something like the following to the definition. It needs to be proven; either visually shown or explicitly mentioned the character WAS impregnated. NOT just a desire to impregnate.

Too many doujins with this tag only have a vague mention of impregnation, but either do not actually show it or it doesn't happen at all, the tag needs to be policed harder imo
