If that's the case then why not call it "ignored sex" since that is more or less what you are describing? I think a tag shoukd as succinct and unambiguous as possible. "Bored and ignored" could be misinterpreted as a partner that has been neglected they their other.
If inherited tags ever become a thing, this might be a subtag of emotionless sex.

Not all bored/ignored sex is emotionless. It can look like laughing along with friends while gaming, as a guy free uses them. It overlaps but isnt identical
