I think the description for the existing tag is unintentionally inaccurate and insufficient. Most older content with this tag used the following definition: "No insertion of anything into a vagina, anus, or any other bodily opening. The mouth is the only exception." We don't have to use the old description but the proposed tag description "No genitalia penetration at all" would mean penetration of bodily opening besides the genitals would be allowed (e.g. mouth, anus, etc.), and penetration using other things (e.g. fingers, tongues, objects, etc.) would be allowed. In other words this description would allow for the "no penetration" tag to be valid on content with anal fisting.
