I don't think I've ever seen a white or grey school swimsuit.
I think this is a better description: "The standardised Japanese school swimsuits usually worn by students during P.E. or swimming classes. Traditionally a dark-blue one-piece swimsuit for girls and speedo for boys. Sometimes abbreviated as "Sukumizu" (スク水)."
