I kinda agree with @Osamu09, this is more of a parody specific tag. My bad on that part.

For better or worse, that description is incorrect. “Pokegirl” specifically refers to anthro female pokemon, or girls who have been transformed into anthro female pokemon. For example, #569830 | Slave Ball Mind Control: Erika and Bell… | 1,913 and #569831 | Slave Ball Mind Control: May and Torchi… | 2,983 .
Google it if you dare, the Pokegirl setting has been around since at least 2008 (and originated from a Ranma 1/2 lemon fic.)

that makes no sense. A pokegirl is just a girl from the franchise pokemon which is already a tag. I'm no expert on pokemon but they should either be tagged as "bestiality" or ideally "furry" (which so far hasn't been really used, but I've seen they've suggested a description for it, so it might become more common)
