tag mother son
Tag description Sexual relation between mother and son either biological or step
note Incest tag covers all incests, this tag is specifically for mother son incest. Someone might suggest just use mother tag with incest but it works in most cases but not all like if son is present in the story then manga will contain mother tag regardless if he's involved with her or not

Just mother and incest should work fine. Or inseki if you want stepson.

I'm just not sold on it being worth getting this granular with tags. Mother + incest seems to work just fine and doesn't open the can of worms that is specifying every other possible incest relationship (father daughter, uncle niece, aunt nephew, grandma grandson, mother daughter, father son, etc.).
