Always made me feel weird why two tags meaning the same thing exists, where doushi and only are the same thing, one is jp and one is en translation. But I guess people have made their headcanon translation for the term lol

kodomo doushi has the same relationship with kodomo only as Yuri/female only and yaoi/males only, if an entry has kodomo on kodomo, but also includes an adult in the sex(or in another chapter), the kodomo only tag doesn't apply, if a tankoubon has a chapter of Yuri but has males in other chapters, female only doesn't apply

Kodomo doushi is literally translated to "children only" or "between children" Just like how "onna no ko doushi dakara" I hear when girls are in a bathing scene in anime and you don't see any pervert males (that they know of) in said scene, imo it won't be children only if there's a "supervising" adult in hand.

it's not the same. "kodomo doushi" works can also include one or more adults
