and just an addendum, the tag is also about the consequences for the slowed down/stopped person who has had sex. Again, just more to speak to it as a situation/scenario than a specific act/power.

@Ow66 I like the inclusion of individual (local) v. global time stop. That's accurate to how it's used in these. I think it pretty much describes it, and I will vote it up (can change later)
@Latex69Femdom: Aside from agreeing that mentioning 'manipulation' would be good in the definition. I disagree with renaming the tag. Time stop is a pretty established idea in JP fiction, which has naturally become a hentai idea: https://jisho.org/word/時間停止
Jikan'teishi literally means 'time duration standstill'... as in: the flow of time is slowing down/stopping. Replacing that with manipulation might move the meaning to a confusing place since it's because time is able to be slowed/stopped – the situation not the means – that creates the philia.
