I understand now. This is specifically for when internal organs are visible, independently of guro and xray. With guro organs are not always present, it can just be a bloody scene, i.e. limbs missing, broken face. With xray the internal shot can be of just the penis/finger in the vagina/anus. It can sometimes not include the uterus or anything past the rectum.

ok yeah should’ve specified non-sexual organs otherwise we’d be getting the same results as the xray tag. Aiming for the same result as the “internal organ” tag on Pixiv. Looks like I can’t edit the tag proposal

I feel like even if we agree to rule out x-ray and have this tag, 90% will just be prolapse. If you want to see exposed intestines, you need a more specific description.

a) what the fuck b) will every x-ray depiction of the uterus (an internal organ) be included here? it sounds like u want intestines, liver, lung, etc type organs specifically
