Tag description It's when a male calls a female mommy, mama, mom, etc. while having sexual interactions, but they are not related at all by blood at all. sometimes they are not even related through a step relation. Tue female can be anyone: friend, boss, stranger, etc.
note There is no separate tag for this. And I know that there are guys searching for this. It would make it more convenient to find.

I think a distinction is enough to warrant it. A number of people might blacklist/avoid anything tagged with infantilism because its sometimes associated with another layer of fetishes.

I think it's still fall under the infantilism tag but that's just my opinion. Since you can suggest tags on individual doujins I think you should suggest infantilism tags on them

But I don't see that tag on . Plus it's a lot more to do with female treating boys like baby's. Also something like this has the boy calling her mommy, but this is not treating the boy like a baby.
