@lrk7years 's argument is really making me think this through. Although I must say that when I think of futanarization, it's when the person becomes a futanari, I.E. when she drinks a potion and grows a penis, she becomes futanarized/futanaried (however you want to put it). I udnerstand the logic behind lurk7years but I think that most people think the way I do in this circumstance and would be less missleading. However I also think that if we had a "dick growth (Futa)" tag that it would clear up this possible misunderstanding.

“Implementing” is a poor word. And the tag should cover male->futa and female->futa transformations.
