Tag description The swapping of a character's gender, different from their cannon depiction in the original work.
note To be mostly used in parodies or fan creations. It is different and more specific then the other three gender _______ tags with the consideration of the original work. This should help with searching for gender swapped versions/stories of popular and beloved characters.

"... different from their cannon depiction in the original work" you should've included the real-world originals as well - famous example is Saber from F/SN.

yeah, but that's kind of stupid, because if there's a gender bender (or whatever else) in a parody work you can assume a canon character swaps gender. I've seen other people suggesting things about parodies, and I still think the real issue is that "parody:original" isn't applied to most works that don't have a parody. If there was a way to automatically apply it to all missing ones, it would be much easier to find all parodies of works that you may not know
