As much as the loli tag needs to be differentiated, I would suggest not to suggest tags that could literally put you on the list.

Controversies aside, the loli tag is often used too liberally. People start using the more general/popular tags with a bunch of different stuff, so it's no surprise when more specific ones are suggested. There's a lot of difference between borderline babies and what OP proposed. As well as smaller-breasted high-schoolers which are often mis-tagged as loli as well (not to mention loli-babas). While ages are not always given as stated below, I'd say that they *are*, at least as often than not, or are heavily implied (stuff like "Mi×××e-Schooler" or "中◯生" are quite obvious). I don't have a strong opinion on this one but I think that "hebe" would probably be a better name, while minimizing a bit of potential legal headaches or immediate Karen reactions. I believe that would have a huge overlap with "loli" as it's currently used, in addition to potential legal/community headaches, although I do wish some of these tags were better differentiated, for instance which lolis are legal and which aren't, and the same for schoolgirls.
