similar but not the same. this involves the entire body being saggy, and as a product of ageing which causes flabby skin eveyrwhere. there are lots of doujins with absurdly voluptuous young women who have unaturally saggy breasts while everything else is in place. and wrinkles can show up in skinny women and non-saggy older women too. ideal would be to have all, so people can do variety convinations with ''saggy'', ''saggy breasts'', ''saggy older woman'', ''BBW'', ''Chubby'', ''Fat'', ''Skinny'', ''average'', ''shapeless'', etc.
