This should be a tag for when he is intact and does not have phimosis which is a medical condition where the foreskin is too narrow to be able to retract.

I believe phimosis is a medical condition where the foreskin is too tight. Phimosis as a tag honestly does not make any sense imo. Foreskin makes better sense.
