Tag description A character is shown to have little to no thoughts, emotions and/or agency. This is not due to mind control or something similar, but rather part of their default personality.
note There have been similar proposals to this, like https://nhentai.net/taxonomy/c577ddde-388d-48da-a105-b1ef3c358883/ and https://nhentai.net/taxonomy/230f14a4-e664-453a-ad93-d6dd9e4eb01f/ wich have been rejected. I think this is not the same as https://nhentai.net/taxonomy/2716e7ef-c43e-46e9-993b-23696803a39e/ since the attitude/personality of the character will still be emotionless (and thoughtless) before and after sex.

Not to be used on lolicon or toddlercon works unless the lack of mental development is explicitly stated in it." There, that definition should get the ball rolling. And I removed the 'lack of emotions' bit because there are cases of 'special children' being more cheerful and more emotionally expressive, I could have sworn I saw something like that years ago but can't remember the title or code. P.S. I know about the create tag naive +272 proposal but the main difference between that and this one is the presence of agency - there are intelligent women like Erina from Shokugeki no Soma who obviously have agency but are canonically naive when it comes to romance and possibly sex even.

Yeah i also think the other tag proposal names are derogatory. I though about naming the tag "Dumb" or something a bit more tame but it sounded wrong still. I ended up naming it like that cause of the "No Thoughs, Head Empty" meme, wich i think describes it quite well. While I agree there is overlap with toddlercon, I don't think anyone would give the toddlercon tag. Also im not quite satisfied with my description and hope it can be edited.

This genre is cursed, I tell 'ya. Either the tag proposal names fall into derogatory territory (ie. create tag retarded rejected create tag autism -14) or we have your entry whose term I think just barely fits the 'mentally challenged' trope. Your description might also have an overlap between 'acting like a 4 year old' and 'being a literal 4 year old (describe toddlercon +197)'. I'll give it an upvote meanwhile, let's see where it goes from here.
