@glasses make me bust Pages 18-20 checks out - sex that is done much later after the recipient's previous session (whether it was wholesome, ntr, rape, gangbang, etc.) is the prime requirement of this tag. I might add more examples as I see or remember them.

You know, there's a scanlation group who called themselves "Sloppy Seconds", see the credits page on . Their description goes like this: "... In human males, the shape of the penis - particularly the umbrella-like 'lip' under the tumescent glans head (the coronal ridge) was sculpted by natural selection to retract the semen of any other males who may have had sex with that woman within the previous 48 hours, since this is the approximate length of time that sperm remains viable." Maybe start describing the tag from there? The 48-hour duration is especially worth noting.
