tag genital alteration
Tag description Alteration of genitals, whether size, shape, or substance by any means. Does not include gender bending or one gender gaining another's genitals.
note We have 'dick growth' but this often is a woman sprouting male genitals, making body mod tropes like male penis enlargement or vagina gaining tentacles, extremely hard to find.
