not only is @digiking correct, you could easily build the "excluding shotacon" criteria inside the name. that's why I prefer the "short man" proposal much better that @hentaitiger pointed out

If the tag is short male why is there a mentioning of female in the note? If you want it to be gender neutral you should change it to short person, no?
