this basically existed a while back but it got downvoted for some reason, and the user withdrew it. fully support merge underwater → underwater sex withdrawn rename underwater → underwater / underwater sex -3

After looking through a few stories, I’ve found no meaningful differences between works with just one of the tags. Whether the action of intercourse is done underwater or not, the level of water submersion, the amount of attention/focus on the act itself. All these factors were fairly consistent between all stories regardless which tag it had.
