tag chinese setting
Tag description Stories primarily set in, or heavily inspired by, Chinese history, culture, mythology, aesthetics, or society.
note I think tags like 'chinese setting', 'japanese setting', or 'european setting' would be really useful because a lot of readers (including myself) search for story based on the setting and overall atmosphere. For this case maybe some works like Hyakkasous could be tagged with this.

so, this is actually neither here nor there, but I was thinking that with all these tags it might make sense to have a setting category like there is for parodies and characters

I also hate when I look for chinese settings in doujins through the 'chinese dress' tag, only to find that most of them are just modern-setting sex roleplay with chinese outfits. And no, I’m not chinese or some “china numba one” kind of guy.
