if you meant adaptation as usually intended then the description should be the other way around, and it doesn't need to be just animation, it can be adapted from a light novel, visual novel, rpg game or anything else. Also I think it should be a category and not just a tag. But I guess you actually meant what you said in your description, in which case I feel that adaptation isn't the right tag, at most it should be "anime adaptation", but I'm a bit divided on that since it would have nothing to do with the doujinshi itself. Like when you read a manga there's no tag that says it has an anime adaptation (though in the manga itself you can often see an announcement or even an extra chapter dedicated to it)
