Trans men don't not count as cuntboys. The expected definition of cuntboy should be "a man that has a vagina, but not a penis." As I mentioned before trans status is not relevant as this is a visual tag, not a contextual tag.

Cuntboys ≠ Transmen, let's get that 100% clear. They are usually born that way or changed by magic. Pretty sure we have tags for transgender/transexual works, if not it should be added. (This isn't a "trans men aren't men" comment, it's a "transman and cuntboy are different descriptors" comment. Love me some fellow trans!)

We are talking about a body type. Whether or not the character is transexual is irrelevant.

I've seen cuntboys in doujin before where they have a penis and a vagina and are included under the cuntboy tag, so I feel like "instead of a penis" is exclusionary of those. As far as I can tell, male futanari isn't a tag used on this site, so cuntboy includes both male (as in the gender, not the sex) characters with vulvas as well as male characters with a vagina and penis. Dickgirl, on this site, is used as a term to refer to both futanari and girls with penises (and no vagina) (such as seen in the dickgirl on dickigirl tag). So, I feel like the distinction between male futanari and cuntboys (with no penis) isn't necessarily as the site's tagging system has historically used both cuntboy to include male futanari and males with vulvas (without penises) as well as used dickgirl to refer to both futanari and girls with penises without vaginas. It would make sense then that cuntboy is treated equivalently and then inclusive of both male futanari and men with vulvas (but without penises)

Agreed with girlmeat, it depends on the trope, and given how low is the amount of doujin on that tag already, there's no need for a separate trans man tag either for the time being.

As @pornupine said, it'd be better to have an addon of "not to be confused with male futanari, who has both sets of genitals" or smth along those lines.
