tag real monster girl
Tag description Girls that are more monster-like than a girl with a pair of cat girls or a tail. This involves some "bigger' physical difference, like in a centaur or in an harpy.
note I know the line between monster girls and real monster girls is blurry but if I'm searching for monster girl content I don't want to see only elves and succubi or something of the likes
