I'm definitely a fan of flexibility. If it's to vague perhaps the description could say something like, "a work with a prominent focus on a character's flexible body, such as splits, holding a leg above their head, or unusual contortions of the body". Should this tag also cover characters with superhuman stretching abilities like Luffy from One Piece?

tag is a bit vague. In hentai a lot of positions would require some level of flexibility. We already a few sex positions as tags and there's even more proposals. But I can see that in your example that's more than just a little flexible. For now I would like to see some more examples
